Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

SHIPPING:

At Motevia, we are committed to prioritizing speedy delivery to ensure your orders reach you as swiftly as possible. Typically, our shipping process takes approximately 2 to 4 days. We kindly request that you keep a close eye on any provided tracking numbers, as they serve as indicators that your package is being handled by the shipping company.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE: 

 

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Items that were received damaged, defective, used, missing parts, or not as described could be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Some products have different policies.

 

Returns will be processed only if:

• The product is not damaged.
• The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
• The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card, and all accessories).
